Job Description

Our International client is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Analyst to support inventory accuracy and efficiency across international 3PL warehouses, with a strong focus on the EMEA region.


In this role you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and optimizing inventory flows in collaboration with logistics partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring experience in Oracle inventory management modules, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and accuracy across international 3PL warehouses.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage daily Oracle inventory transactions (issues, transfers, adjustments, disposals).
  • Serve as the main contact for inventory matters with 3PL partners and internal departments.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Procurement to optimize stock flow and placement.
  • Train and onboard 3PL partners on inventory control processes and Oracle system usage.
  • Troubleshoot Oracle-related inventory errors and coordinate resolution with IT.
  • Generate regular inventory performance reports, including accuracy and slow-moving stock.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve inventory and supply chain processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or a similar supply chain function.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle inventory modules and transaction processing.
  • Previous exposure to 3PL warehouse environments, ideally within EMEA.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.


Salary: gross p/m
