Overview:

We are looking for an Inventory Control & FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team, reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of financial planning and operational excellence, with a particular focus on inventory and logistics.

As e-commerce operations become increasingly internalised, the role will gradually shift toward financial analysis and planning. You will provide support in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis while continuing to ensure data accuracy and compliance in inventory reporting.

The Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Control, and Inventory Management team is in charge of the worldwide consolidation and has also a regional responsibility overseeing UK, France, Spain and Hong Kong.

Location: West London HQ

Working Style: Hybrid (4 days per week in office, 1 day remote)

Your Mission:

Inventory Control:

  • Ensure accuracy of inventory data in Company systems (Stealth, SAP) by monitoring movements, adjustments, and master data.

  • Assist with monthly inventory closing procedures across six legal entities.

  • Support the preparation and reconciliation of physical inventory counts.

  • Support Friends & Family sales and Clothing Allowance management from inventory control perspective, process license supplier stock when needed, Respond to external audit requests and assist with control documentation.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Support the FP&A team in the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and month-end reports related to inventory and supply chain costs.

  • Assist in building financial models and reports to analyse inventory KPIs (e.g. depreciation, stock coverage).

  • Help develop dashboards and tools to track inventory and logistics-related metrics across regions and channels.

  • Support variance analysis and business insights for key inventory accounts in the P&L and balance sheet.

  • Participate in financial reviews with relevant departments (Digital, Logistics, Retail).

Project Support:

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, particularly those involving inventory and logistics process improvements.

  • Support the internalization of e-commerce operations from a finance and inventory control perspective.

  • Participate and suggest systems and reporting enhancements, leveraging on existing tools (Excel, BI).

  • Collaborate on initiatives to optimize working capital, stock efficiency, and cross-channel visibility.

  • Help document processes and ensure knowledge transfer as operations evolve.

Your Talent:

  • Background in finance, controlling, or supply chain; with sufficient experience in a similar analytical or inventory-focused role.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field; actively pursuing a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

  • Proven experience in the fashion or retail sector desirable

  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to build and manipulate financial models, analyse large datasets, and create reports

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a commercial mindset

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet tight deadlines

  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong ability to identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy

  • Naturally curious and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and a desire to enhance both financial processes and operational efficiency

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility across teams

  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-finance stakeholders

  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP

  • Fluent in English is a requirement; other languages a plus
