Role Overview

Responsible for managing enterprise mobility, Microsoft 365 collaboration services, and secure application access within a global IT infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Intune device enrolment, compliance, application deployment, and migrations.
• Engineer Microsoft Entra Application Proxy and Global Secure Access solutions.
• Support Microsoft 365, mobile applications, iOS/iPadOS testing, SSO, and Conditional Access.
• Troubleshoot incidents, manage vendor escalations, and monitor service performance.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell and maintain technical documentation.

Essential Skills

• Microsoft Intune, MDM/MAM, and mobile application management.
• Microsoft Entra Application Proxy and Global Secure Access.
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• PowerShell Scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of iOS/Android, Windows Server, networking, and load balancing.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Desirable: BlackBerry UEM experience.
