Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve sales targets.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
• Prepare and process sales orders and contracts efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on offerings and promotions.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
• Support the sales team with administrative duties and reporting as needed.

Requirements
