Internal Audit: Learning & Development Associate

Goldman Sachs in Birmingham is seeking an Associate in Learning & Development within Internal Audit. You will support the Learning and Development Team by shaping training programs, managing LMS, and coordinating delivery across IA.

You'll collaborate with leadership to build learning paths, evaluate programs, and implement innovative tools. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years in Learning and Development are preferred, with strong communication and multitasking skills.
