This is an opportunityfor a Assistant Manager to join our Risk Consulting,Energy and Infrastructure team. You will join a team thatworks with large energy and infrastructure clients andsupports our private and public sector clients. You will work in ateam that delivers internal audits and advisory activities,focusing on corporate governance and compliance, contractmanagement, risk management and procurement.
The Risk Consulting, Energy, and Infrastructure team sitswithin the firms broader Advisory andConsulting Service line. About theroleThis exciting role willactively contribute and become pivotal in delivering specialistservices to our Energy & Infrastructure clients. We have asignificant opportunity to expand our footprint in this competitivemarket and accelerate the growth and development of our internalaudit, risk management, and contract managementsolutions.
As an Assistant Manager,you will work within the team responsible for delivering workto a range of clients. You will closely collaborate with clientsand provide exceptional internal audit and risk assuranceservices.
The current team is looking for amotivated individual who will have excellent opportunities forprogression.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliverinternal audits / risk management to our clients.
- Preparation of draft internal audit reports.
- Experience in programme andproject assurance is desirable.
- Engaging with the wider Energy and Infrastructure team ingrowing business development opportunities.
- Working with our SMEs to optimise client's ways ofworking.
- Data analysis andvisualisation.
- Maintaining good relationshipswith clients.
- End to end accountability of clientengagements, including report drafting, data analysis andexamination.
- Assistance on otherspecial assignments (e.g. fraud investigations, capitalprojects audits) as and when required.
- QualifiedAccountant - ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, IIA or CII (or equivalent)qualification
- Experience of deliveringinternal audits in infrastructure and capital projectsenvironment
- Good understanding of technicalissues in the energy and infrastructure sector
- Good interpersonal and client handling skills
- Good reporting writing skills
- Goodanalytical skills supported with your ability to presentinformation in a clear and consistent manner with the use ofPowerBI and other tools

- Project management qualifications
- Currently working as an internal auditor, quantitysurveyor apprentice or trainee
- Capitalprojects or infrastructure experience
