Internal Account Executive

NPP is seeking an internal Account Executive to join our dynamic team.

As a member of our busy commercial unit, you will provide support to our customers and sales team, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. This role demands strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, making you an integral part of our organisational success.

Skills / Attributes

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient processing of orders and customer enquiries.
• Maintain and update customer records in our database.
• Assist in the generation of sales reports for the field sales team.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members across all departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling and project coordination for the sales team.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling NPP products and services.
• General administration and answering incoming calls to the sales department as needed.

• Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a sales environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively across a variety of duties.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated to learn and grow with a diverse range of products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft systems, particularly Excel.
