At Vedis, your work directly supports better outcomes for animals and empowers veterinary professionals in Portugal and beyond. We're growing and we're looking for an International Sales Manager who is a hands-on strategic thinker to strengthen our presence in international markets.

In this role, you'll coordinate key commercial projects across borders, ensure smooth operations and timely delivery, support local market activities, and manage regulatory processes. You'll also contribute to data analysis, client presentations, and international event planning, all while helping drive Vedis' global growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Background in healthcare or veterinary sciences (preferred)
  • Experience in project management, with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strategic and operational planning abilities
  • Energy, creativity, and initiative to turn goals into results
  • Team spirit and a collaborative mindset
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Availability for occasional international travel

YOUR ROLE

  • As International Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and coordinating projects in international markets, ensuring deadlines are met and local operations run smoothly
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development of more efficient processes
  • Managing regulatory and logistics processes tailored to each market
  • Coordinating local administrative teams and helping align international operations with headquarters in Portugal
  • Promote and sell our specialized tests to international clients, strengthening Vedis' position as a global leader in veterinary diagnostics.
