Intern Ai & Automation , 6 Months

Join our team as Intern AI & Automation (all,%), 6 months As Intern AI & Automation you support the design, implementation, and adoption of AI and automation initiatives with a strong focus on execution, scalability, and business value. In this role you contribute to building and maintaining Agentic AI and other AI solutions, while researching emerging AI technologies and supporting organizational upskilling. The internship position is available by mutual agreement.

• Agentic AI Development & Operations: design, build, test, document, deploy, and maintain AI agents and Automation Workflows under the guidance of supervisor.
• AI Tools Research & Experimentation: Research, evaluate, and test emerging AI tools, platforms, and frameworks. Document findings, compare alternatives, and provide structured recommendations.
• AI Adoption & Upskilling Support: Contribute to organizational upskilling initiatives by helping plan, organize, and deliver AI training sessions, workshops, and learning materials for different audiences.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engagewith stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and alignAI & Automation initiatives with business goals.
• Process & Project Management: Understand existing business processes and workflows & apply project management principles to drive successful AI & Automation projects.

Play to your strengths

• Master's degree in technical field or equivalent practical experience, a Microsoft AI Learning Hub certifications would be desirable
• Experience deploying and maintaining AI Agents / Workflows as well as acting as a bridge between technical and non technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with APIs and basic integrations
• Ability to test, debug, and validate AI outputs in a structured way
• Experience delivering technical training and facilitating workshops would be a plus
• Hands-on & self-motivated personality with a structured, organized, and methodical working style and a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Critical thinking, effective planning, and clear written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English, German and French are a plus
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft PowerAutomate or similar and Microsoft AI Foundry
• Passion for Outdoor Sports in general
