Intermediate Sharepoint Developer

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer/Administrator to support and enhance our SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Subscription Edition environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of hands-on development, solution design, system administration, and end-user support across a dynamic, enterprise-scale environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stable, high-performing SharePoint platforms while contributing to ongoing enhancements, Intranet development, integrations, and modernization initiatives.

• Support production SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Subscription Edition systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, tuning, and repair.
• Perform preventative maintenance and provide end-user application support.
• Administer and develop SharePoint server farms-installing, configuring, and optimising services and web applications.
• Design and develop modern Intranet solutions, including Information Architecture, site templates, and MySites, Team Sites, and Project Sites standardisation.
• Create, modify, and publish Power BI reports.
• Participate in all phases of the software life cycle-business analysis, functional specs, technical design, and documentation.
• Develop custom solutions using .NET with MS SQL Server backends, including SQL development.
• Build responsive, device-agnostic UIs using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Provide training, mentoring, and effective knowledge transfer to junior and senior team members.
• Produce high-quality English documentation for technical, testing, and business audiences.
• Write and execute manual test cases and system tests.

Essential:

• Strong experience with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Subscription Edition
• Expertise in SharePoint app model and farm solutions
• experience developing and administering SharePoint server farms
• Proficiency in .NET development and SQL Server (2012+)
• Strong Front End development skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap
• experience with Power BI, Nintex, and Metalogix
• Strong understanding of Office 365 integration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

• experience in Financial Services environments
• Background in system integration and enterprise-level solution design
• Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset
