Intermediate RF Optimization Engineer

What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for Intermediate RF Optimization Engineer

What will your day-to-day work be like?

Act as the department's Chinese interface, coordinating with Region, HQ or R&D to support solution adaptation and resolution of major issues.

1. Technical management, track and presentation:

• From the technical perspective, break down important or complex problems and track the handling of the problems.
• Manage technical issues, support team members to ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Usually, these issues come from our optimization project, including coverage/quality/interference, data/VoLTE, mobility strategy, and other dedicated optimization.

2. Network insight based on multi-dimension data resources:

• Multi-dimension and cross analysis based on engineering data, performance data, business data, open data from internet and other organization.
• Draw conclusions based on the above analysis to guide network optimization and construction.

Job requirements:

1. Mandatory

• 5+ years' experience for RF Optimization with minimum 3 years on LTE, expert level knowledge.
• Experience in technical management or project management.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Willing to participate in long term project.
• Willing to work in dedicated and result oriented environment. Open for continuous personal development.
• Both Chinese and English speaking/writing advanced level.

2. Preferred

• Familiar with planning, optimization, and DT tools.
• Ability to process large amounts of data(e.g. xx million rows of data).using programming languages(e.g. Python).
• Spanish.
