Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Flexible Hours & Car

Alpine Recruitment Group is assisting a building contractor developer to hire an Intermediate QS with 1-5 years' experience for ongoing projects in the west and midlands. The initial project in Co Roscommon has a 2-year programme covering civil and new-build works.

You will report to the Senior QS and duties include preparing budget estimates, bills of quantities, monthly cost reports, interim valuations and variations, tender documentation, and valuing completed work to arrange payments.
