Interim Transformation CFO - Retail

Overview

We have a mandate from a mid-cap PE house for an Interim Retail CFO with a Transformation and change cv. This candidate will be the go-to for the fund when investing in retail companies and will know what good looks like to PE and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Interim Retail CFO with a focus on transformation and change within portfolio companies.
• Act as the go-to finance expert for the fund when evaluating and supporting retail investments, setting expectations of what good looks like for PE and PLCs.
• Lead integration, carve out and M&A activities as part of investment and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• Background as an International CFO.
• Experience in interim and transformation projects rather than business-as-usual roles.
• Ability to work overseas and fly-in, fly-out of Europe.
• Experience of integration, carve-out and M&A.
