Interim Team Manager, Emergency Social Care (Out-of-Hours)

Staffordshire Local Enterprise Partnership is seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Emergency Duty Service as Interim Team Manager for a six-month fixed-term period. The post provides operational leadership during a period of increased demand and transformation, guiding safeguarding across Staffordshire outside normal hours.

The service operates weekday evenings and weekend shifts: Monday-Friday 17:00-00:00, Saturday/Sunday 8:30-16:30, and 16:30-00:00 for evenings.
