Interim Strategic HR Partner: Workforce Change & Design

Morgan Hunt is recruiting an Interim Strategic HR Business Partner for a 12-week assignment in South London. You will partner with senior directorate teams to develop and deliver workforce strategy and organisational change aligned to service priorities and the Council's corporate plan.

You will advise on organisational design, operating models and future workforce needs, lead restructures, and work with Employee Relations to ensure effective consultation.
