Interim Section 151 Officer - Finance Leader (Hybrid)

A local authority in South Wales is seeking an Interim Section 151 Officer to shape the financial future of the Council. You will be responsible for providing financial leadership, overseeing significant strategies, and maintaining robust governance. The ideal candidate should have extensive senior financial management experience and be CCAB qualified. This position offers a hybrid work setup, with attendance in Cardiff preferred 1-2 days per week. Negotiable rate is £800 - £900 per day, within IR35 regulations.
