Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £50,225 to £55,248 per annum pro rata plus benefits
Hours: Interim, 6 months preferably- 37.5 hours per week
Driving Licence: A valid driving licence (Manual, UK)
Visa Sponsorships: Not available
What You'll Need- Experience managing supported living homes
- A valid manual UK driving licence
- The legal right to live and work in the UK
- A passion for person centred care and team development
- Leading a dedicated team of Support Workers
- Overseeing the day to day running of supported living homes
- Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
- Driving quality outcomes and continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals & stakeholders
- Coaching and mentoring your team to thrive
