Job Description

Robertson Bell are excited to be supporting vibrant non-profit organisation based in West London to recruit an interim Senior Payroll Officer on an initial five-month contract.

This role will have sole responsibility for the organisation's payroll of close to 300 staff, overseeing the monthly process from end to end.

Our client offers a flexible working pattern that will require you to be in the office 3 to 4 days per week, following an initial two-week handover period.

The Payroll Officer will be responsible for:

  • End to end processing of the organisation's monthly payroll, ensuring all relevant deductions are made in-line with HMRC regulations.
  • Reconciling the payroll on a monthly basis, providing essential evidence during this process.
  • Ensuring the correct pension contributions are applied across two key pension schemes.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have end to end payroll processing experience.
  • Be an experienced user of I-Trent payroll software.
  • Understand statutory payroll requirements and have worked with pension schemes.
  • Be available to start a new role in the next 2-3 weeks.
