Job Description

Leaders In Care Ltd is seeking an Interim Nursing Home Turnaround Manager in Liverpool. You will closely support the existing manager, identifying concerns and implementing improvement plans across the nursing home.

The ideal candidate will have an RGN or RMN qualification, significant experience in nursing home management, and a strong ability to turnaround underperforming services. A daily rate of £450 is offered for this interim assignment with potential future opportunities in the interim bank.
