Interim Nursing Home Manager | Elderly Nursing Home - Bath
3 month day rate contract
We are seeking a highly experienced Interim Nursing Home Manager to provide strong leadership and operational stability within our CQC-regulated elderly nursing home.
As Interim Nursing Home Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led services in line with CQC Standards.
You will lead the service through a period of transition, ensuring continuity of care, staff support, and regulatory compliance.
About You
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager within a CQC-regulated service
- Strong working knowledge of CQC inspection frameworks and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Confident in managing change, performance, and regulatory challenges
- Must be on the DBS available update service
- Must be able to secure your own accommodation - 5 days onsite
