Interim Manager

We are looking for an Interim Manager in Glasgow. This role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £350 to £500 and inside IR35. You'll have the chance to work within a residential and nursing home in Glasgow.

As an Interim Manager, you will:

• Oversee the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care.
• Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Liaise with families and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Provide training and support to staff on specialised care techniques.
