Job Description

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be supporting a hospitality client in recruiting for an experienced Interim HRBP for a 3-month contract.

Title: HRBP

Length: 3-month contract, inside IR35

Setup: Hybrid, 2/3 days office

Start: ASAP

Location: North London

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head of in the final stages of the organisation design programme
  • Reviewing job descriptions and bench marking
  • Alignment with leadership and supporting queries and questions
  • Holding check-in meetings with colleagues identified as at risk, providing support and guidance.
  • Supporting with additional people processes as required.
Business Partnering Support
  • Assisting Head of and the other BPs with lower-level partnering work.
  • Progressing client group requests and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Handling queries and moving actions forward to resolution.
