Interim HR Manager: Fast-Track ER & Investigations

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager on a temporary basis in Norwich to provide immediate support during a busy period. The role is hands-on, dealing with employee relations and investigations, and advising managers on employment law and HR policies.

The ideal candidate will have CIPD qualifications, strong experience in managing complex cases, and the ability to deliver practical, commercial HR guidance from day one.
