Interim HR Manager: Drive People, Culture & Growth

Reed is seeking an Interim HR Manager to lead the day-to-day HR function during a period of growth, with potential to become permanent. This hands-on, people-focused role will partner with managers across the business to deliver practical HR support from day one.

You'll handle complex employee relations, end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, coaching, wellbeing initiatives, and process improvements, while keeping sight of employment law and best practice.
