About you

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR generalist role
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to provide professional, balanced advice and support
• Proficient in HR reporting and data analysis

What you'll do

• Support and develop HR aligned with organisational goals
• Manage employee relations processes including disciplinary, grievance, and attendance cases
• Offer advice and support to managers on HR policies and procedures
• Assist with the preparation of reports on absence and other HR metrics
• Collaborate across departments to address HR challenges in a creative and effective manner
