Panoramic is proud to be supporting a primary school in Somerset in the search for an experienced Interim Headteacher to join them as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong and adaptable leader to make a meaningful impact during a key period of development.

The Role

As Interim Headteacher, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership, working closely with the Trust to guide the school forward. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining stability while driving improvement and ensuring high standards across all areas of the school.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Headteacher or senior leadership role within a primary setting
• Strong track record of driving school improvement
• Ability to lead through change with confidence and clarity
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred, but not essential)
