Interim Head of Retention Marketing - Growth & Personalisation

Trinny London is seeking an Interim Head of Retention Marketing for a 12-month maternity cover. You will lead the global retention strategy, drive customer lifetime value, and guide a team of two through cross-functional initiatives in lifecycle marketing, personalisation, and customer insights.

Based in a high-growth beauty brand, you will be hands-on, partner with Ecommerce, Creative and Marketing, and shape the future of retention with strong leadership and data-driven decisions.
