Interim Head of Legal - Property & Corporate Counsel

Lipson Lloyd-Jones are seeking an experienced property lawyer for an interim 3-month role to cover the Head of Legal from September. The post holder will head and develop a team of legal professionals and provide high-level advice at board level. The role covers lease extensions, enfranchisement, licences, sales, property litigation and finance, as well as corporate and commercial matters. Office-based for part of the week with flexible working arrangements.
