At MBC we continue to grow and now we are looking for an Interim Head of IT - Corporate Banking Sector.

We are looking for an experienced IT leader with a consultancy mindset to support one of our clients, a small but sophisticated player in the Financial Services space. This is a short-term, high-impact assignment (2-3 months), ideal for an Interim Manager with proven expertise in IT governance and process improvement.

You will work hand-in-hand with the current IT team, acting as a strategic partner to review, improve, and document their internal IT processes and tooling, with a focus on best practices for financial services.

• Collaborate with IT leads to assess and improve IT processes and controls.

• Evaluate current tooling and infrastructure to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

• Provide hands-on leadership to design and document robust, scalable IT frameworks.

• Influence internal stakeholders through clear, confident communication and actionable insights.

• Serve as a bridge between technology and business, ensuring IT supports corporate growth.

• Deliver tangible results within a limited timeframe.

• Proven track record as an IT Manager, Head of IT, or CTO in small to medium-sized companies.

• Experience in Consulting or Interim Management, with the ability to integrate quickly and work autonomously.

• Up-to-date knowledge of modern IT tools, platforms, and best practices.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Solid understanding of the Financial Services, Insurance, or Capital Markets sectors.
