Interim Head of HR - Transformation & Strategy Leader

Reed HR is partnering with a client in Central Belt Scotland to appoint an Interim Head of Human Resources. The role leads a sizeable HR function, shaping strategic people initiatives and delivering transformation in a unionised environment.

You will report to the executive leadership team, managing 18+ HR professionals, with 3 direct reports, and drive high performance across recruitment, payroll, benefits, and shared services.
