Interim Head of Employee Relations, Strategy & Change

Morgan Law is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Employee Relations to join a large NHS organisation in London during significant organisational change. You will lead the Employee Relations function, providing strategic and operational leadership while ensuring high-quality and legally compliant HR services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the NHS, demonstrated expertise in managing complex ER matters, and a strong understanding of UK employment law.
