Interim Head of Corporate Legal, US Securities & Governance

Endava is seeking an Interim Head of Corporate Legal in London for an immediate start. You will lead US securities reporting, UK corporate governance and strategic transactions, advising the Board and executives on disclosures and group structure.

You will manage external counsel, coordinate with Finance, Company Secretary and risk teams, and develop the corporate legal function with a focus on responsible use of AI and automation.
