Job Description

Lead the creative evolution of a fast growing DTC brand during a pivotal rebrand rollout. You will oversee all consumer touchpoints-from high impact growth campaigns to packaging-while managing a talented team of four. This hands on leadership role partners with growth teams to ensure emotional storytelling drives commercial success for over 20,000 UK dogs.

What you will do
  • Lead the strategic execution and embedding of the new brand identity across paid media, owned channels, packaging, and internal touchpoints.
  • Partner with the Head of Growth to align creative strategy with media investment, ensuring all content is optimised for channel performance and brand distinctiveness.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of four, including a Creative Lead and Videographer, while overseeing external agency partners and freelancers.
The ideal candidate
  • Proven experience leading brand and creative strategy for premium DTC or consumer brands like Gousto, Innocent or Bloom & Wild.
  • Exceptional creative taste and judgement with a track record of delivering commercially effective campaigns across both digital and physical touchpoints.
  • A collaborative, low ego leader who is comfortable making fast paced decisions and working closely with performance marketing teams to drive growth.
