An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, PE-backed technology and digital infrastructure company backed by a leading global investor. As Group Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling financial operations, driving automation, and supporting strategic growth initiatives including M&A and integration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead group financial control, reporting, and governance.
- Drive cash flow, treasury, and working capital optimisation.
- Oversee audit, compliance, and tax strategy.
- Champion finance systems automation (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Partner on M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
- ACA (preferred) or ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience.
- Proven success in PE-backed or high-growth SME environments.
- Strong UK GAAP (FRS102/FRED82) and IFRS knowledge.
- Experience in finance transformation and systems implementation.
- Sector experience in tech, SaaS, telecoms, or digital infrastructure is a plus
- This is a high-impact role with visibility across the leadership team
