Job Description

• Lead and supervise a team responsible for maintaining greenspaces.
• Plan and allocate daily tasks to ensure effective workflow.
• Oversee the upkeep and improvement of outdoor environments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all activities.
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects to senior management.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment necessary for greenspace management.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing the quality and usability of greenspaces.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Greenspace Team Lead should have:

• Relevant experience in property or greenspace management.
