Interim Governance Manager - Private Healthcare
We are seeking an Interim Governance Manager to join a high-performing private healthcare organisation in the South East. The role involves leading short-term support with compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Role Overview:
You will oversee governance processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve service delivery. This hands-on position requires someone who can quickly adapt, bring structure, and advance key initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen clinical governance and ensure compliance with CQC standards
- Lead risk management, audits, and incident reporting processes
- Support quality improvement initiatives and embed best practices
- Assist with incidents and patient safety
- Produce and present reports for internal boards and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Proven governance experience within health or social care settings
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, especially CQC
- Confidence engaging with diverse teams and senior leaders
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Immediately available or able to start shortly
- Clinical background is advantageous
