Middlemore is recruiting an Interim Reward & Benefits Integration Manager to join a London-based HR team during a significant integration programme. This hands-on role covers reward, compensation, international benefits and M&A integration, with exposure to a complex project and senior stakeholders.

You will harmonise benefits across multiple jurisdictions, support annual compensation cycles, and manage data analysis and reporting.
