Finatal is looking for an experienced finance transformation lead for a c€1bn t/o global industrials business backed by a European private equity fund which has just acquired a US competitor. They are looking for someone to drive a transformation and strategic projects for the CFO to support the integration, including ERP upgrade, consolidation, process improvement as well as financing and further M&A activities. Ideally you will have experience in similar projects with a proven track record in project management and financial data consolidation, be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and have experience with implementing/integrating ERP systems. You will be based in central Europe and happy to travel as required to different company sites.

You will have a proven track record in:

Leading transformations for international PE-backed businesses with revenues greater than €800m

Project management of integration and finance transformation

Financial data consolidation

ERP upgrades/integration

M&A and financing activities
