Interim Finance Director

We are seeking a skilled Finance Director to oversee and manage financial operations. This interim role needs Charity exposure and requires 1 day in the South London office.

Description

• Oversee the organisation's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making.
• Manage cash flow and oversee financial risk management strategies.
• Lead and develop the accounting and finance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial processes.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance against set objectives.

Profile

A successful Finance Director should have:

• Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA Equiv)
• Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience within the Not For Profit sector is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills for large scale teams.

Job Offer
