Interim Finance Director - South Yorkshire (3 days on site)

Immediate Start - 6 Month Initial Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to provide hands on leadership to a dynamic finance function for a South Yorkshire business. This is an immediate start role, requiring 3 days on site per week, reporting into the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting.
• Oversee the day to day finance operations, including management accounts, cash flow, and statutory reporting.
• Act as a strategic partner to the senior management team, supporting business decision making and strategy delivery.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and controls.
• Provide clear, insightful financial guidance to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• ACA qualified (Big 4 / Top 10 background ideal)
• Senior leadership experience within a group finance environment
• Strong stakeholder management and listed company exposure
• Comfortable working across technical, commercial and strategic finance
• Available immediately and able to be on site 3 days per week
