Finance Business Partner (Contract)
Day Rate: £400-425 per day
Duration: 4-6 months
Location: London with some regional travel
A fast-growing international hospitality group is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join on an interim basis. The business operates across the UK and Europe with a large portfolio of hotels and serviced accommodation. Backed by private equity and continuing to expand, the finance team is focused on driving performance, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Partner with regional operations teams to deliver insight and analysis on property-level performance.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across multiple sites.
- Provide variance analysis, commentary, and turnaround action plans to drive profitability.
- Benchmark internal and external data to identify areas for cost improvement and investment.
- Build strong working relationships with commercial and operational stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Support decision modelling for capital investments and operational initiatives.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Proven background in hospitality, real estate, hotels, or multi-site businesses is advantageous.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel / modelling skills; experience with BI and ERP systems advantageous.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
