Robertson Bell are pleased to be partnering with a large and complex organisation based in Sheffield, as they recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional who is available to start quickly and add real value from day one.

The key responsibilities of this Finance Business Partner role will include:

• Producing accurate and insightful management accounts to support effective decision making.
• Delivering detailed variance analysis and commentary, providing clarity around financial performance.
• Supporting the annual budgeting process, ensuring realistic and achievable financial plans.
• Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and challenge to drive strategic outcomes.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Have proven experience in producing management accounts within a complex organisation.
• Demonstrate the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Possess excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence and advise at all levels.
• Be immediately available or available at short notice.
