Interim ECM/DCM Lawyer - London (6-Month Assignment)

Simmons & Simmons Adaptive is seeking an Equity Capital Markets lawyer for an interim 6-month assignment to support the Banking practice in London. The role requires strong ECM experience and Debt Capital Markets exposure, with three days in the London office.

You should have at least 5 years PQE, be a problem solver, and able to work calmly under tight deadlines in a dynamic team. Visa sponsorship is not available; right to work in the UK is required.
