We are currently working with a small Primary School near Winchester to secure an interim Deputy Head ASAP. The School is currently graded as good by Ofsted and is highly thought of by parents and staff alike.

This rapidly improving primary school serves a diverse, multicultural community. The staff work hard to provide a well-ordered, harmonious community with high expectations and high standards of work, where every child is given the tools to achieve their full potential through a broad, balanced, differentiated and interesting curriculum.

Pupils, parents, governors, staff and the wider community engage and work together to build an inclusive environment where the best outcomes are attained for every child. The Governors and Leadership Team are committed to fostering supportive and progressive relationships between staff as the school continues to build on academic success.

The School are looking for an experienced Senior Leader who can support the Head on the journey to making the School outstanding. The role will focus on improving behaviour across the School while supporting the Headteacher in the day-to-day running of the School. The role is non-teaching and the school require a leader with an excellent track record who is also capable of running the school when the Head is off-site.

The School are looking to appoint asap.
