Interim Culture Transformation & Engagement Leader

Tile Hill Executive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Cultural Change & Engagement for a large public sector organisation in the UK. The role focuses on leading employee engagement, internal communications, and culture transformation during a period of organisational change.

You will embed people strategy objectives, support transformation programmes, and strengthen employee experience across policies, processes, and digital platforms, working with senior leaders to advise on
