Interim CFO - Growth & Commercial Finance Leader

The CFO HQ is seeking an Interim CFO for a PE-backed technology-based people services business. This hands-on role works closely with the CEO to strengthen the finance function, embed commercial finance across the business, and deliver timely financial insight.

Responsibilities include developing KPIs, improving MI, forecasting and cash visibility, managing WIP and revenue recognition, and driving project and client profitability. On-site four days a week for an initial 3-6 month assignment.
