Intensive Youth Support & Safeguarding Practitioner

Action for Children is seeking multiple Young Person's Practitioners to support 11-18-year-olds who may be vulnerable to criminal exploitation. You will provide intensive one-to-one support, connect with education, training and employment pathways, and work within multi-agency partnerships across Tyne and Wear.

You'll assess risk, engage families, and help young people feel safe and empowered to make positive choices.
