Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Collect, collate and evaluate intelligence from multiple sources
- Monitor and analyze radio and electronic transmissions broadcast throughout the world
- Analyze and interpret aerial or satellite imagery using high tech systems
- Disseminate tailored intelligence to commanders, aircrew or troops on the ground
- Be aged 17.5-47 years old (must attest before 48th birthday)
- Meet specific nationality and residency criteria (see full details in the Entry Requirements)
- Minimum GCSEs at grade C/4 or Scottish National 5 grade C in English Language and Mathematics
- Commit to a minimum of 3 years post specialist training
As an Intelligence Analyst (Int An) you will work across a range of organisations-including military, law enforcement, security, finance and commerce-collaborating with intelligence, operational and support teams to identify patterns and trends.
Initial training includes a 10 week Basic Recruit Training at RAF Halton followed by a 14 week RAF Intelligence Course at MOD Chicksands. Ongoing training and development will continue throughout your career, with opportunities for promotion to Air Specialist (Class 1) after meeting the required trade training and examinations.
