Intellectual Property Lawyer

Arochi & Lindner is a prestigious law firm with over 30 years of experience providing high-level legal counsel in Intellectual Property, Life Sciences, Advertising and Marketing, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law, Regulatory Affairs, and Data Protection.

We are looking for talented professionals to join our team as an Intellectual Property Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice in industrial and intellectual property matters.
• Handle proceedings before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), including oppositions, cancellations, invalidities, and office actions.
• Manage trademark and design portfolios for both national and international clients.
• Maintain communication with foreign associates.
• Prepare clearance reports and draft contracts (license agreements, assignments, etc.).

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial and intellectual property law.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with databases such as Darts-IP, APIGES, among others.
• Proactive mindset with a strong results orientation.
• Immediate availability to join.
