Job Description

Cedar are looking for an Integration Specialist to support a leading professional services organisation as it undertakes a major cross-border integration programme. This work involves aligning multiple German entities into a unified operating structure across systems, processes, governance and ways of working.

The business is seeking a highly capable Integration Specialist to join the Transformation Office and drive the seamless integration of teams, operations and infrastructure across Germany and the wider group. This is a hands on delivery role focused on coordination, alignment and operational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate integration activities across German entities, ensuring alignment with group wide operating models
  • Build and maintain detailed integration plans across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Legal and Commercial functions
  • Analyse current state processes and map them to future state group standards
  • Support systems integration and data alignment activities across offices and departments
  • Facilitate the harmonisation of policies, workflows, reporting structures and governance frameworks
  • Identify and resolve integration issues, risks, dependencies and cross border blockers
  • Work closely with German leadership teams to ensure smooth adoption and operational continuity
  • Provide updates, reporting and insights to programme leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Engage in regular travel to Germany and other European offices to support integration delivery
Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong experience delivering process, system and organisational integration across multi country or multi entity environments
  • Proven delivery background within professional services or a comparable complex organisation
  • Confident working across multiple workstreams with senior operational and functional stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of German business practices, regulatory frameworks or operational norms
  • Skilled in developing integration plans, mapping processes, managing RAID logs and coordinating cross functional teams
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders and drive alignment across cultures
  • German language skills are advantageous but not essential
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Germany
